BJJ (Brazilian jiu-jitsu)
Known as the gentle art as it does not use striking in its practice. Using joint manipulation techniques, the class teaches you how to defend yourself by using your opponent’s body against them. (Beginners welcome, please come early to learn proper mat etiquette.) For all levels – Gi required.



Beginners Kickboxing
Starting with the basics, we focus on the art of 8 limbs with technique and proper mechanics so that you’re ready to advance into the more hands on classes. Good for the intro and professional alike, no sparring.



Boxing Fundamentals
Mixes basic fundamental boxing with cardio, boxing style mitts and resistance training exercises. No experience needed and absolutely no sparring. – For all levels – Gloves required



Muay Thai
The ancient art of eight limbs. This class teacher Muay Thai leg kicks, knees, elbows, and clinching. For intermediate and advanced students: Handwraps, gloves, shin guards, and mouthpiece required. Headgear, elbow pads, and groin protection optional.



Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Sparring
Experience required. MMA gloves, shin pads and mouth piece required.
